JDBG’s COVID-19 RESPONSE

To Our Clients, Vendors, Neighbors & Friends

As the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact all our lives, we wanted to share with you how JDBG is responding to the challenge. We are taking several precautionary measures in our day-to-day operations on both the design and build fronts. First and foremost, all JDBG team members are fully vaccinated and boosted. Our staff continue to follow CDC guidelines for vaccinations as well as recommended preventative measures, including masking. We will always defer to our client’s personal preferences where masking is concerned. JDBG has put into place several job-site protocols to minimize the risks associated with the Coronavirus, including limiting the number of workers on site, staggering subcontractor schedules, providing masks and hand sanitizer, and posting best practices notices on all of our jobsites in English and Spanish.

We are in regular contact with our subcontractors and trade partners to ensure their practices align with our mission to provide a safe and healthy work environment for our clients and staff. JDBG will continue to monitor updates, recommendations, and guidelines from the CDC and state and local government officials and will adapt our procedures accordingly. Please contact us directly for more details on our safe work practices.

As pandemic-related supply chain issues and labor challenges continue to impact the building sector, JDBG has prioritized understanding the evolving marketplace, identifying potential impacts on timeline and budget, and planning meticulously for any scenario.
