David Jordan
President
President
David’s professional path evolved from a decade in land development and civil engineering to a fervent pursuit of residential design and construction, leading to the establishment of Jordan Design Build Group in 2009. His rich background informs every project with precision in engineering, construction, and project management, ensuring renovations of unmatched excellence. David is a Registered Professional Engineer, a Class "A" Virginia Contractor, a licensed General Contractor in Washington, DC, and a licensed Home Improvement Contractor in Maryland. With degrees from Virginia Tech in civil engineering and architecture/building construction, David is uniquely equipped to transform homes into masterpieces of functionality and design. In his spare time, David studies conversational Spanish virtually at the University of California, San Diego. He can also be found hiking throughout Northern Virginia with his two English Labradors, Willow and Archie.

Shelley is driven by the desire to transform the way people live through the creation of beautiful, functional spaces. Whether it’s optimizing the flow of a DC row house, enhancing the kitchen layout in a Northern Virginia Cape Cod, or creating that wow moment in an expansive primary bathroom, she excels at collaborating with clients to arrive at unique and thoughtful designs specifically tailored to them. Shelley came to JDBG more than 10 years ago with a solid background in commercial interiors. She welcomed the transition to residential remodeling which allowed her to develop deeper personal connections with her clients and to see first-hand the transformative power of good design. An NCIDQ-certified Interior Designer with degrees from Marymount and American Universities, Shelley brings a wealth of expertise and a keen eye for design to every project. In her spare time, Shelley enjoys cooking, traveling and playing tennis with her husband. They have two rambunctious rescue kitties, Gibson and Pisco, that keep them on their toes.

Becca joined the JDBG team several years ago, fueled by a passion for transforming homes, a craft honed through her family’s own renovation projects. Becca is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Interior Design and is currently studying for her NCIDQ certification. She seamlessly blends creative vision with practicality, aiming to design spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. Outside the studio, Becca's creativity flourishes in art, jewelry making, and cooking, and she keeps her finger on the pulse of design trends through weekend open house visits.
