JDBG’s COVID-19 RESPONSE

To Our Clients, Vendors, Neighbors & Friends

As the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact all of our lives, we wanted to share with you how JDBG is responding to this unprecedented challenge. We are taking several precautionary measures in our day-to-day operations on both the design and build fronts. On the design side, we are conducting most of our meetings virtually; however, where in-person meetings are required (site visits, finish selections, showroom tours), our staff will wear facemasks and adhere to physical distancing recommendations. On the construction side, we have put into place a number of job-site protocols, based on CDC guidelines, to minimize the risks associated with the Coronavirus. We are limiting the number of workers allowed on site and staggering subcontractor schedules so that social distancing recommendations can be followed as closely as is reasonably practicable. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided on all of our jobsites and we will set up a hand washing station if site conditions allow. In addition, JDBG posts Covid-related safety protocol signage at all of our jobsites in both English and Spanish.

Now that local jurisdictions have opened vaccine eligibility to the construction/housing trades, we anticipate that all our staff will be fully vaccinated in the near future. We are in regular contact with our subcontractors and trade partners to ensure their practices align with our mission to provide a safe and healthy work environment for our clients and staff.  JDBG  will continue to monitor updates, recommendations, and guidelines from the CDC and state and local government officials and will adapt our procedures accordingly. Please contact us directly for more details on our safe work practices.
